We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</span></p></div><h3><strong>Role Overview</strong></h3> <p>The <strong>Principal Solution Architect – Finance Systems</strong> will be responsible for defining, leading, and delivering the finance and controlling system architecture and roadmap across the enterprise. This role serves as the <strong>strategic thought leader for all Finance, Controlling, and Costing systems</strong>, ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient processes across <strong>SAP S/4HANA FICO</strong>, integrated procurement and manufacturing flows, and enterprise reporting systems.</p> <p>You will partner closely with Finance, Operations, and IT leadership to shape the <strong>financial systems strategy</strong>, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure integration of Finance into end-to-end business processes spanning supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <h4><strong>1. Architecture and Strategy</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own the <strong>Finance Systems architecture vision and roadmap</strong> across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis.</li> <li>Design end-to-end processes for <strong>Record-to-Report (R2R), Plan-to-Produce (P2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P)</strong>, and <strong>Order-to-Cash (O2C)</strong> — ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement systems.</li> <li>Evaluate and implement SAP S/4HANA standard capabilities, minimizing customizations while driving <strong>standardization and scalability</strong>.</li> <li>Align financial systems strategy with enterprise architecture, compliance, and business objectives.</li> <li>Establish design governance through the <strong>Finance Architecture Review Board</strong>, ensuring consistency and cross-functional alignment.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>2. Solution Design and Delivery</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead the design, configuration, and integration of SAP FICO modules — <strong>FI, CO, PS, FSCM, BCS, and Group Reporting</strong> — with internal and external systems.</li> <li>Oversee process design for <strong>costing, intercompany, capitalization, variance analysis, and profitability reporting (COPA)</strong>.</li> <li>Architect integration between SAP and non-SAP platforms including <strong>Concur, Coupa, Workday, OpenText, VIM, Treasury Management Systems, and Snowflake/Palantir analytics</strong>.</li> <li>Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation, AI-based financial insights, and intelligent spend management.</li> <li>Develop and maintain Business Process Documentation (BPDs), configuration standards, and int ...
