As we grow, we need a progressive, impact-driven leader to supercharge our enterprise technology solutions. The role demands someone who can build real depth across Finance, Supply Chain, People, Legal, and Commercial systems, while connecting these capabilities into a powerful end-to-end backbone that strengthens how the business operates day to day.</p> <p>This is about creating durable foundations, reducing complexity, and enabling every function at Archer to move faster with cleaner processes, better data, and more predictable outcomes.</p> <p>The role blends product leadership, enterprise architecture awareness, functional domain expertise, and strong stakeholder partnership. Success means eliminating fragmentation, accelerating decision-making, reducing manual work, and ensuring Archer’s systems flex and scale as we move into high-rate production and commercial operations.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>1. Enterprise Application Ownership</strong></h3> <p>Own the full lifecycle of Archer’s enterprise application ecosystem including (examples):<br>• Finance (ERP modules, FP&A, procurement workflows)<br>• Supply Chain and Operations (inventory, planning interfaces, vendor management, quality systems connectivity)<br>• People & Workplace (HRIS, ATS, LMS, Legal, Compliance, H&S)<br>• Commercial & Front Office (CRM, sales operations tooling)<br>• Corporate productivity platforms and workflow systems</p> <p>Ensure these systems converge toward a coherent, secure, scalable application backbone that reduces complexity and supports Archer’s rate and certification goals.</p> <h3><strong>2. Product Strategy & Roadmapping</strong></h3> <p>Create a single enterprise roadmap that links system evolution to Archer’s operating and financial plans.<br>Define clear product boundaries, drive architectural simplification, and rationalize duplicative tools.<br>Translate business needs into structured, intentional capability development with crisp prioritization.</p> <h3><strong>3. Partner to Finance, Supply Chain, People, and Commercial Leaders</strong></h3> <p>Serve as the primary technology partner for Archer’s corporate functions.<br>Work closely with CFO, CHRO, COO/Supply Chain leadership, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure systems drive efficiency, compliance, and data quality.<br>Enable tight integration between engineering, manufacturing, and back-office processes.</p> <h3><strong>4.
