We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced MES Architect to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing execution systems that bridge the gap between enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and shop floor operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in manufacturing processes, system integration, and industrial automation technologies.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do (Basic Duties): </strong></p> <p><strong>System Design & Architecture:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design comprehensive MES architecture solutions aligned with business requirements</li> <li>Define system interfaces, data flows, and integration points with ERP, WMS, SCADA, and other enterprise systems</li> <li>Develop technical specifications, system blueprints, and implementation roadmaps</li> <li>Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of MES solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Implementation & Integration:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead MES implementation projects from conception to deployment</li> <li>Configure and customize MES platforms (COTS or Custom Developed Solutions)</li> <li>Integrate manufacturing systems with databases, PLCs, HMIs, and IoT devices</li> <li>Develop APIs and middleware solutions requirements for seamless data exchange</li> </ul> <p><strong>Manufacturing Operations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify optimization opportunities</li> <li>Design solutions for production tracking, quality management, and inventory control</li> <li>Implement real-time manufacturing dashboards and reporting systems</li> <li>Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Leadership:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and engineering</li> <li>Provide technical guidance to development teams and system administrators</li> <li>Establish best practices for MES development and maintenance</li> <li>Mentor junior team members and conduct technical reviews</li> </ul> <p>&l ...
