Merchant Operations Manager Department: Operations Team: Operations Location: Mexico City, Mexico Type: Full-Time **About the Role** In this role, you will identify and act on opportunities within our current products and processes, partnering with central and cross-functional teams to drive implementation. You will continuously monitor market performance and operational metrics to identify and remove roadblocks that impact growth. Working closely with core territory teams, you will help enable scalable improvements and drive meaningful business impact. We have an exciting roadmap ahead with significant room for growth and innovation. **What You’ll Do** - Problem Solving: Identify root causes of risks and opportunities, develop multiple actionable solutions, and evaluate tradeoffs to recommend the best path forward. - Process Optimization: Execute, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across LatAm and beyond, regularly reviewing performance. - Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and design initiatives to drive sustainable improvements against ambitious goals. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial teams to understand pain points and identify system and process improvements. - Team Contribution:Collaborate with a high-performing team on high-visibility projects and complex challenges. **Basic Qualifications** - Experience: at least 3 years of professional experience in logistics, business operations, strategy operations or any related field. - Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to make strategic decisions based on data analysis.
