This role The Optimization Product Manager is responsible for the strategic vision, roadmap, and performance of our self service tools like Chatbots and IVR. Unlike a purely technical lead, the PM focuses on the "why" and "what." This means understanding user needs, defining the product strategy, and ensuring that automated support solutions deliver a world class experience for customers and clerks. This role owns the end to end product lifecycle, translating business requirements into impactful automated features that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
