Engineering Technician

Shift: Day Shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Shift: Swing Shift, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Location: Hayward or San Carlos, CA (on-site) About 1X We build humanoid robots that work alongside people to solve labor shortages and create abundance. The Role As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you will provide hands-on support for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes across mechanical and electrical assemblies. You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Design Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality builds. This role spans machining, assembly, automation, and wire harness manufacturing, supporting both new product introduction and full-rate production.
