We’re emerging as the default for a critical part of the AI stack: the agent/user interaction layer. CopilotKit brings agents out of demos and terminals and into production, through deep integrations with the leading AI infrastructure companies and hyper-scalers (including the leading AI/infra teams at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, LangChain, Mastra, Pydantic, Agno, and others). Our small, fast-moving team is building the agentic application platform that will define how user-interactive AI actually manifests in the real world. This is a unique opportunity to join as an early leader on one of the most complex and high-leverage surfaces in AI — with significant scope for technical, product, and leadership growth. The Role You'll own integrations between CopilotKit, AG-UI, and the broader AI ecosystem—building and maintaining connections with leading agent frameworks (LangGraph, Google's ADK, Mastra, etc.), model providers, and enterprise platforms. This role requires both breadth and depth: rapidly understand new frameworks, identify the right integration patterns, and ship production-quality SDKs that tens of thousands of developers depend on. You'll work directly with partner engineering teams and represent CopilotKit in technical collaborations across the AI infrastructure ecosystem. We're Looking for Pilots, Not Just Mechanics For integrations work, an AI-native workflow matters even more. You'll need to rapidly understand new frameworks, prototype integration approaches, and iterate quickly across multiple codebases. You're fluent in AI-assisted development as your primary mode of working—directing AI to explore unfamiliar APIs, generate integration boilerplate, and accelerate context-switching. You evaluate outputs, catch failure modes, and course-correct in real time. You've shipped meaningful work this way, especially in integrations where breadth and speed matter as much as depth.
