Senior Enterprise Sales Executive SENIOR ENTERPRISE SALES EXECUTIVE Are you passionate, enthusiastic, and looking for an opportunity to grow your career in sales? The impact you will have: You will join our global sales team reporting to our VP, APAC helping us win new customers... You will be targeting the most strategic & valuable logos which have HQ in APAC, primarily in the Financial Institution segment. As an Senior Enterprise Sales Manager , you will become an expert in our products, how our customers use our tools and how the APAC regulatory space impacts our customers.. With this knowledge, you’ll help our prospective customers understand how we can help protect them for the most complex crypto crimes in a scalable, efficient and highly automated manner. You will manage the full sales cycle including sourcing and qualifying leads, prospecting, conducting demos, developing proposals, negotiating terms and closing business to ultimately deliver profitable revenue growth and exceed your targets. You will have opportunities to participate in local & regional events as well as potentially represent Elliptic for speaking engagements such as panels & fireside chats. What you’ll do: - Identify and open doors to Enterprise prospective accounts across APAC - Own, build and implement scalable sales strategies for acquiring new accounts - Showcase our product to our prospects helping them understand how we can solve their challenges through tailored presentations and demos. - Manage all parts of the commercial discussions including negotiating terms and close the business as applicable. - Attend and travel to customer meetings and / or events where required - Use technologies like , Salesloft, Lusha, LinkedIN, Hubspot and other tools to help you achieve your goals and forecast accurately. - Meet and exceed quotas - Lead cross-functional teams to win Enterprise accounts in a sustainable and scalable manner. You will be a great fit here if you: - Possess ambition & are highly goal-oriented with leadership qualities - Strong knowledge of financial services, capital markets and asset management sectors - Have proven track in hunting new enterprise logos & C-suite engagement - Are a self-starter, adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities and ambiguity. - Have a natural curiosity to learn more and dig into the why behind things independently - Enjoy working with pace and energy, building team spirit and cultivating unity and commitment among the team and can thrive work well under a hybrid work environment. - Have demonstrated successful use of complex B2B sales methodologies & deal management strategies.. Knowledge of MEDDPICC is a must. Our ideal candidate has: - Strong experience in the B2B SaaS world in an outbound sales role - Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting targets, building pipeline and winning customers through solution selling to large Enterprise accounts - Experience selling into multiple markets in APAC - Experience in sales cycles that range from 6-12 months and typically involve RFI/RFPs. - Track record of selling to C-Suite and preferably has a network to leverage off to facilitate introductions - A strong work ethic and an entrepreneur’s mindset. You’re comfortable creating value in a low structure environment while being agile and resilient - A genuine passion for the Web3/Blockchain/Digital Assets enterprise ecosystem) - Fluent or native command of the Mandarin language - Is able to be flexible with working hours (we have offices around the world) - Is able to travel in the APAC region on a regular basi ...
