Our mission is to develop reliable AI systems for the world’s most important decisions </p> We’re looking for an <strong>AI Product Manager</strong> to own one of the <strong>Agent & Reinforcement Learning Environments </strong>data verticals, with a focus on <strong>Computer Using Agent (CUA) data</strong>. In this role, you’ll oversee the product roadmap for your data vertical, owning “data as a product”, pipelines for data generation and quality, and researcher-facing tools that help labs train and evaluate intelligent agents in complex environments. You’ll work directly with Scale’s most important customers and their leading researchers, representing Scale as the technical expert for your products and influencing both internal and external roadmaps. <br> <p>The ideal candidate brings together a strong entrepreneurial & go-to-market mindset, technical depth, and a sense for AI research, enabling them to get in front of technical stakeholders to drive mission-critical outcomes.</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own the roadmap</strong> for the Agent & RL Environment Data vertical, setting product direction and driving execution across engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.</li> <li><strong>Build technical partnerships with research teams</strong> at leading AI labs, identifying insights that shape new product lines and competitive strategies for your vertical.</li> <li><strong>Design, experiment with, and deliver</strong> high-quality data pipelines, tooling, and evaluation frameworks that advance RL and agentic model capabilities.</li> <li><strong>Scope out and scale</strong> the creation of RL environments that simulate real-world use cases.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate cross-functionally</strong>, influencing business priorities and diving in the weeds of research, operations, and customer interactions.</li> </ul> <h3>Ideally, You’d Have</h3> <ul> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset: A builder excited by ambiguity and motivated to create new products from the ground up.</li> <li>6+ years of experience in product management or a customer-facing role.</li> <li>Technical fluency: Software engineering background (a degree in computer science or equivalent experience).</li> <li>Understanding of reinforcement learnings, simulation environments, or data pipelines for model training and evaluation</li> <li>Strong customer intuition and the ability to translate technical requirements into impactful product decisions.</li> <li>Bias for action and comfort wearing multiple hats and operating in fast-moving environments.</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><em>Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits.
