Our hiring process is never completely automated, and uses AI in conjunction with our recruiting professionals.</p></div><p><strong>See yourself at Twilio</strong></p> <p>Join the team as Twilio’s next HRBP Director, Product Management</p> <p><strong>About the job</strong></p> <p>This HRBP Director role partners directly with the senior leaders shaping Twilio’s Product Management organization.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role designed for someone who loves being at the heart of product strategy and innovation, thrives in product development environments, and energized by the opportunity to apply OE/OD practices and tools to ensure business success.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>This role joins a broader HR team that supports Product, Engineering, &amp; R&amp;D.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>You’ll shape the future of Twilio’s Product Management org by crafting and delivering-on a bold talent strategy that elevate capabilities, evolve how teams collaborate, and strengthen organizations built to create world-class CPaaS products.&nbsp; This is achieved&nbsp; by:</p> <ul> <li>Spotting opportunities through consultative, data-driven discovery efforts</li> <li>Partnering with executive clients to create durable, pro-active talent strategies&nbsp;</li> <li>Designing and deploying high-impact talent program</li> <li>Partnering with HR CoEs to ensure your clients extract max value from enterprise programs</li> <li>Supercharging your work by leveraging AI tools to move faster, work smarter, and create space for deeper strategic work</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>14+ years of HRBP experience</li> <li>Deep knowledge of product development orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends</li> <li>Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs</li> <li>Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms</li> <li>Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <p>This role will be remote,<em> </em>but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.</p> <p><strong>Travel</strong></p> <p>We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other.
