You’ll sit at the intersection of platform capability and customer ambition, helping our enterprise buyers understand how BetterUp works, how it integrates, and how it delivers on what matters most. If you love translating complexity into clarity and building solutions that scale, this role is for you.What you’ll do:Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders across IT, InfoSec, HRIS, and moreBuild and configure demo environments that bring the BetterUp experience to lifeDeliver high-fidelity, narrative-driven demos tailored to customer goals and buyer personasServe as the technical point-of-contact throughout the pre-sales cycle, including security, API, and integration conversationsDesign scalable solutions aligned to platform capabilities, delivery realities, and product roadmapTranslate integration needs into clear, technically viable specificationsProduce Solution Design Blueprints and drive alignment across Sales, Product, and Customer SuccessSupport seamless handoffs into implementation by clarifying configuration logic and deployment readinessIf you have some or all of the following, please apply:4+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting role in enterprise SaaSDemonstrated experience building functional prototypes or proof-of-concepts—ideally using tools like Python—to showcase solution feasibility, validate technical approaches, and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.Experience working with HRIS, LMS, SSO, or API-based integrations in large-scale enterprise environmentsStrong ability to build and deliver tailored product demos that align to real-world business needsDeep understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in global enterprise contextsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to create clear, reusable documentation that supports implementation and adoptionComfort advising across feasibility, architecture, and platform configuration tradeoffsExperience gathering and structuring product feedback to inform roadmap conversationsAI at BetterUpOur team thrives at the intersection of human expertise and AI capability.
