Join us!The Role We are hiring for a strategic and hands-on Enablement Program Manager to build, deliver and reinforce enablement programs that allow our Go to Market teams to execute successfully. In this role you’ll partner with Sales, Product and Leadership teams to understand business objectives and design and lead learning experiences in support of those objectives.What You’ll DoDevelop and own the learning journey post-onboarding for our Strategic Sales Team and other GTM support groups and own change management end to endDesign, implement, and optimize learning programs including technical enablement, leadership development, and first 90 day programsPartner with subject-matter experts including PMM, Advisory, Services and Sales Leadership to build and maintain training content and other learning experiences Identify skills gaps use data, feedback, and performance insights to recommend actionable development plans for teams and individualsOwn your learning journey using tools such as LMS platforms and learning analytics dashboardsFacilitate enablement sessions and workshops for employees and leaders at all levelsMeasure program effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance outcomes, and continuously iterate to improveDesign and implement competency frameworks including certification paths to ensure employees are meeting and beating goalsWhat We’re Looking For4–7+ years of experience in a sales and/or enablement role ideally within procuretechProven track record designing and scaling effective programs within high growth companiesExperience working cross-functionally on complex projects with tight timelinesAbility to analyze data and incorporate insights into learning strategyExcellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skillsGrowth mindset, curiosity, and a passion for helping people develop their potentialNice to HavesExperience with the Zip as a platformFacilitation, instructional design, and curriculum development skillsFamiliarity with LetterAI or LMS systemsKnowledge of product GTM motions and sales productivity metricsThe salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000.
