About the job: As a Staff Product Operations Manager within our Fintech Client Experience team, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong connections between our product and user-facing teams. Partnering with our talented Product Managers, you will lead the development of new features, improve existing functionality, and help shape product processes from scratch. Collaborating closely with support, sales, and success teams, you will ensure a seamless feedback loop, enabling continuous product improvements. You will also work closely with client-facing teams and engage directly with customers and partners to deeply understand their operational workflows, integrations, and fintech-related challenges. In this staff-level role, you will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence product strategy and operations through insights from data, client feedback, and operational metrics. You will have the opportunity to directly engage with users, gaining invaluable insights into their use cases and challenges, and integrating these into the product. This is a pivotal, cross-functional role that will have a major impact on scaling our fintech product operations.
