As an Marketplace Monetization Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling Affirm’s marketplace monetization engine by managing high-impact partnerships across direct merchants, affiliate networks, sub-affiliate partners, agencies and other offer aggregators.&nbsp;</p>
<p>You’ll influence the overall marketplace growth strategy and own key components of its execution ensuring our merchant and partner ecosystem drives measurable performance, revenue growth, and long-term value for Affirm’s users and business. This is a highly cross-functional, visible role that requires strategic thinking, strong relationship leadership, and operational excellence.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Influence and execute the marketplace growth strategy:</strong> Partner closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver on key strategic initiatives that expand Affirm’s merchant advertising and affiliate programs.</li>
<li><strong>Own partner management across the ecosystem:</strong> Manage and grow relationships with ecommerce merchants, affiliate networks, sub-affiliate partners, offer aggregators and agencies ensuring alignment on goals, performance, and creative strategy.</li>
<li><strong>Drive performance and revenue:</strong> Translate strategic objectives into partner-level plans; oversee campaign optimization, performance analysis, and revenue delivery across your portfolio.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate cross-functionally:</strong> Work with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams to provide partner insights, identify opportunities for innovation, and improve advertiser and consumer outcomes.</li>
<li><strong>Serve as a strategic partner advocate:</strong> Bring the voice of merchants, agencies, and affiliates into Affirm’s marketplace roadmap discussions to ensure alignment between partner needs and product priorities.</li>
<li><strong>Deliver actionable insights and reporting:</strong> Analyze performance trends, campaign outcomes, and revenue contribution; communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and partners.</li>
<li><strong>Explore new monetization opportunities:</strong> Identify and pilot new models, ad formats, or channel partnerships that strengthen Affirm’s marketplace differentiation and growth trajectory.</li>
</ul>
<p>What We Look For</p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in partner management, performance marketing, or ecommerce strategy, including managing <strong>sub-affiliate programs</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong experience <strong>managing external relationships</strong> and optimizing multi-channel performance marketing programs.</li>
<li>Proven ability to <strong>influence strategic direction</strong> and drive execution through complex partner ecosystems.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of <strong>affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and ecommerce growth levers</strong>.</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical and communication skills — able to synthesize data into strategic insights and influence senior audiences.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with experience managing senior relationships across brands and agencies.</li>
