To help achieve this vision, we are expanding our product lines and becoming a global company.</p> <p>As a<strong> Senior Product Manager for Credit and Purchasing Experience</strong> on the International team, you will be a critical player for enabling customer purchasing experiences across Affirm’s expansion in new international markets.</p> <p>In this role, you will work closely with a broad set of cross functional teams across the entire business, as well as a number of engineering teams. Effective stakeholder management and ability to successfully navigate organizational dynamics are a must for success. You should be commercially minded, be high agency with a bias towards action, and comfortable having technical conversations (and opinions). </p> <p> </p> <p><strong><strong>What You'll Do</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Drive the execution, growth, and scale of Affirm in the United Kingdom for the credit underwriting and corresponding purchase experience interfaces</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive credit and purchase UX strategy and success metrics and see through to execution impact that meaningfully moves the needle for Affirm’s business and customers</p> </li> <li> <p>Understand Affirm UK users and merchants at a deep level -- what’s important to them, what drives their decision making, why they love Affirm, and what they wish we could do better</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive our product expansion to new markets in the credit and purchase experience domain, bringing the best of Affirm's existing approach paired with local market needs</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner closely with engineering teams across the organization to drive product development and prioritization</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with stakeholders (such as Revenue, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Fraud, etc) to shape your product roadmap and incorporate legal, governance & regulatory oversight into your products</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and create the experiences that make it seamless for merchants to deliver an incredible buy now, pay later experience to consumers</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><strong>What We Look For</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>This isn’t your first rodeo. You’ve directly managed technical software products from kick-off to post-launch – driving meaningful business impact that you can speak to</p> </li> <li> <p>You have experience working on consumer technology product in the UK or Europe. Bonus points if it is a fintech product, even more bonus points if it is a BNPL product</p> </li> <li> <p>You’re equally comfortable diving into technical details with an engineer, iterating on a Figma with a designer, and breaking down a funnel with a data analyst</p> </li> <li> <p>You have the discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills necessary to navigate complex organizational dynamics – you have specific examples of times when you’ve secured a decision from a broad group of senior stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>You’ve worked in an environment where you were reliant on engineerin ...
