We are responsible for Robinhood’s core <em class="Highlight htb52ac716-f43b-4584-8621-e003c259ff4f">crypto</em> custody infrastructure, and our work directly supports new products, assets, and global expansion efforts!</p> <p data-start="818" data-end="1194">As a Staff Engineer, you will architect and scale secure systems for digital asset custody, transforming manual operations into automated, policy-driven infrastructure. You’ll lead high-stakes custody initiatives, drive system-wide reliability and compliance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the secure handling of digital assets at scale.</p> <p data-start="1196" data-end="1303">This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.</p> <p data-start="1305" data-end="1531">At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community.
