About The Role As a Growth Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, you’ll be at the forefront of driving CaptivateIQ’s pipeline engine. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will work across paid digital, in-person, and virtual events, partner programs, and any other channels you can unlock to drive growth. You’ll partner with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales, and our strategic partners to bring your strategy to life. We are looking for a growth-minded marketer who views AI as a force multiplier for campaign experimentation and operational scale. As we continue to scale, change will be a constant.
