Senior Product Operations Manager Department: Community Operations Team: Strategy & Program Operations Location: San Francisco, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** The Global Digital Experience team at Uber is responsible for building and scaling enterprise-grade platforms that power Operations globally. As a **Senior Product Operations Manager**, you will own the strategic Product Operations portfolio for a defined Support operations vertical, driving step-change improvements in how enterprise tools are built, deployed, and scaled. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Global Operations. You will define the operating narrative for the vertical — determining what problems are prioritized, why they matter, and how success is measured — while ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and long-term platform strategy. You will operate with significant autonomy and serve as the primary Product Operations partner to senior leadership within the vertical. A core part of your mandate will be leading the enterprise AI transformation roadmap, identifying, validating, and scaling GenAI-powered capabilities that materially improve productivity, quality, decision intelligence, and scalability across global Operations. Success in this role requires strong strategic judgment, systems thinking, analytical depth, and the ability to drive executive alignment in highly matrixed, global environments.
