Design, develop, and/or test software applications using company technology stack. Apply technical knowledge to evaluate complex data, developments, and projects in order to provide recommendations to resolve technical issues. Support the company's business operations and improve engineering productivity. Build software components that can be integrated into a fully functional software system. Solve production issues in product and system reliability. Produces top-tier code, ensuring reliability, readability, efficiency, and testability. Applies software design principles and leverages knowledge of existing Uber software solutions to create, extend, or develop effective architectures aligned with project requirements. Plans, organizes, and manages resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery of work. Resolves conflicts by understanding different perspectives and aligns teams to achieve common goals. May telecommute. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field.
