You’ll balance strategic leadership, people management, and hands-on technical execution to ensure your team delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers while contributing to Ramp’s long-term growth.In this role, you’ll be accountable for team performance, operational execution, and continuous improvement of our delivery model.
