We're looking for a recent law school graduate to join our Legal team as a full-time Junior Legal Counsel. You'll help manage contracts, handle compliance checks, and improve the processes that keep our legal operations running as the company grows. WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON: - Legal operations: Maintain the contract management system and other tools used by the Legal team, and improve internal processes and workflows - Contract management: Keep contracts and templates organized and up to date, review existing agreements, and automate tracking of key contract dates - Contract drafting and negotiation: Draft and negotiate standard contracts with business partners - Legal research: Research regulations, case law, and industry-specific topics relevant to the team's work - Compliance: Conduct KYC checks on business partners and resolve compliance questions WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - A master's degree in law: Can be a fresh graduate from a Czech law school. No prior in-house experience needed - we'll teach you everything you need to know. - Fluent in Czech and English: We operate mostly in English, so strong written and spoken English is a must, including an understanding of English legalese. You'll also need to communicate in Czech for reviewing Czech-language documents and working with Czech public authorities. - Strong attention to detail: You'll be working with legal documents where precision matters. - Analytical and research skills: Ability to find, read, and summarize legal texts in a broader context. - Flexibility and adaptability: Our processes and priorities shift as the company grows. We need someone comfortable with that pace of change.
