<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>We are seeking a <strong>technical Salesforce Business Systems Analyst &amp; Administrator</strong> to support and enhance our Salesforce platform while partnering closely with engineering and go-to-market teams.</p> <p>This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will administer Salesforce, implement well-defined solutions, support Sales and Marketing users on the front line, and collaborate with developers, analytics, and operations partners to deliver reliable, scalable systems.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, service-oriented, and ready to grow their impact within a mature Salesforce environment.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Technical Partnership &amp; Delivery</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with Salesforce Developers, RevOps, Analytics, Marketing Ops, Sales, Marketing, and IT to implement Salesforce solutions<br><br></li> <li>Translate business requirements into clear, technically accurate user stories and functional designs<br><br></li> <li>Contribute to technical solution discussions and design reviews<br><br></li> <li>Implement configurations aligned to established architecture and best practices<br><br></li> <li>Support testing, validation, and post-release activities<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Salesforce Administration (Hands-On)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration and configuration<br><br></li> <li>Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, record types, and automation<br><br></li> <li>Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls<br><br></li> <li>Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales and Marketing teams<br><br></li> <li>Support data hygiene, imports/exports, and governance standards<br><br></li> <li>Work in sandboxes and support deployments and releases<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Frontline Field Support</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Serve as a first-line and technical escalation point for Sales and Marketing users<br><br></li> <li>Troubleshoot Salesforce issues impacting active deals, pipeline reporting, and GTM workflows<br><br></li> <li>Provide timely support and guidance to unblock users<br><br></li> <li>Participate in office hours and user enablement sessions<br><br></li> <li>Capture recurring issues and escalate or translate them into system improvements<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Integrations &amp; Systems</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support existing integrations with marketing, analytics, and billing systems<br><br></li> <li>Assist in diagnosing integration and data synchronization issues<br><br></li> <li>Partner with developers during integration testing and issue resolution<br><br></li> </ul> <h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>4+ years of experience</strong> in a Salesforce-focused technical role<br><br></li> <li><strong>Salesforce Administrator certification (required)</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li> <li><strong>Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (required)</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li> <li>Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud)<br><br></li> <li>Experience working in <strong>Scrum / Agile environments (required)</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li> <li>Ability to partner effectively with developers and technical teams<br><br></li> <li>Comfort working with Salesforce data models, automation, and reporting<br><br></li> <li>Experience supporting Sales and Marketing users in a fast-paced environment<br><br></li> <li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Strongly Preferred</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Agentforce Certified</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li> <li>Familiarity with SOQL and Salesforce metadata<br><br></li> <li>Experience supporting B2B SaaS go-to-market teams<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to Have< ...
