Estamos com uma nova vaga para atuar como Estagiário(a) de RH – People Operations (América Latina) no nosso escritório de São Paulo! Atualmente estamos trabalhando de maneira híbrida - 3 dias no escritório e 2 dias remotos. Estamos localizados na região de Pinheiros, ao lado da estação Fradique Coutinho do metrô. Dê uma olhada no escopo e requisitos da vaga abaixo: Principais responsabilidades Apoiar os processos de admissão, movimentações e desligamentos de colaboradores na América Latina, garantindo organização e cumprimento dos prazos. Manter atualizados os dados de colaboradores em sistemas e controles internos, assegurando a qualidade das informações. Dar suporte na gestão e conferência de documentos trabalhistas e contratuais. Auxiliar no controle de benefícios, folha de pagamento e na interface com fornecedores locais. Prestar atendimento aos colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas operacionais do dia a dia. Interagir com times de RH e lideranças em diferentes países da região, apoiando demandas e rotinas de People Operations. Requisitos Cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou Recursos Humanos. Disponibilidade para estagiar por pelo menos 12 meses. Conhecimento em Excel. Espanhol obrigatório (interação frequente com países da América Latina). Inglês desejável, com interesse em desenvolvimento contínuo. Perfil organizado, com atenção a detalhes, boa comunicação e vontade de aprender.
