Working Student, Supply Chain

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Working Student (m/f/d) to join our growing Operations team. In this role, you will gain valuable practical experience by supporting our day-to-day supply chain activities across procurement, logistics, and fulfillment. You will assist in coordinating cross-functional workflows, tracking key performance indicators, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for a student who is eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a dynamic environment, enjoys taking ownership of tasks, and wants to learn how supply chains operate in practice. Responsibilities Assist in planning, controlling, and optimizing supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, scheduling, order management) Coordinate cross-functional communication between purchasing, production, logistics, and sales Contribute to the improvement and development of internal supply chain processes and tools Prepare and analyze reports and KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, inventory levels) Actively support daily operations and cross-functional projects Help manage escalations and supply disruptions with a solution-oriented approach Qualifications and Skills Currently enrolled in a business-related degree program (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar) Ideally first practical experience through internships or part-time roles in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or customer service Strong hands-on mentality – willing to support operational tasks as needed High level of flexibility, motivation, and reliability Confident use of Google Workspace (G Suite) Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite Excel skills and quick understanding of digital tools Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required Team player with a structured and proactive working style and strong communication skills EU Citizenship required Benefits Competitive pay Flexible working hours Generous holiday allowance Learning and development opportunities Valuable hands-on experience alongside your studies About Auterion We are building the leading software platform for AI-powered autonomous systems for enterprise and government customers.
