Contract Duration: 6 months Position Summary: The Talent Management Specialist provides end‑to‑end operational, administrative, and coordination support for learning, leadership development, and talent programs. This role ensures a seamless learner and facilitator experience by managing program logistics, supporting live sessions and events, coordinating communications, and tracking participation and feedback. The coordinator partners closely with Learning and Talent teams to support assessments, reporting, and continuous improvement, while bringing strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, and a passion for enabling learning and development across the organization.
