About the Role: We are hiring our first Creator Growth Lead in Australia to spearhead ShopMy’s expansion in the region. This is both a sales and market-building role — you’ll own creator acquisition, while also shaping the operational foundations of our AUS growth strategy. Your Impact to the Role: Drive outbound and inbound creator acquisition efforts. Lead product demos, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding. Build ShopMy’s presence in Australia through events and partnerships. Define and execute the market expansion playbook for Australia. Collaborate closely with HQ on product, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. Act as a local ambassador for ShopMy’s brand and mission. You Are Energized By: Building something from the ground up and shaping a new market. Meeting creators, discovering emerging talent, and helping them grow their businesses. Owning a full funnel — from outreach to onboarding to long-term relationship building. Turning ambiguity into structure, process, and scalable playbooks. Representing a brand you believe in and championing its mission locally. Hitting ambitious goals and finding creative ways to exceed them. Working autonomously while staying closely connected to a global team. What We're Looking For: 3–6 years experience in sales, partnerships, or influencer/creator relations. Strong knowledge of the Australian creator economy and culture. Entrepreneurial operator — comfortable building strategy and process from the ground up. Excellent persuasion and communication skills. Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and is motivated to exceed goals. Bonus Points: You have a network of AUS creators at your fingertips and know how to leverage those relationships to drive growth. The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
