ABOUT THE ROLE At Mangomint, design isn't a handoff, it's a conversation that runs through the entire product development process, side by side with engineering and product. As a Senior Product Designer at Mangomint, you'll have real ownership, not just over the craft, but over the problems worth solving and the direction to take them. This role comes with a high degree of autonomy and hands-on craft. You'll be in the weeds every day, building flows, sweating the details of UI and interactions, and getting the copy right too. We're looking for someone with strong product judgment, attention to detail, and systems thinking who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom back down to the pixel level without taking a beat. The right person for this role is energized by ambiguity, takes real pride in their work, and wants to feel genuine ownership over what they create every day.
