Apply technical knowledge to evaluate complex data, developments, and projects in order to provide recommendations to resolve technical issues. Support the company's business operations and improve engineering productivity. Build software components that can be integrated into a fully functional software system. Solve production issues in product and system reliability. May telecommute. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a related field. Position requires 6 years in: 1. Backend technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go; 2. Frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js and mobile development; 3. SQL and NoSQL; 4. Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure; 5. Designing and developing RESTful APIs; 6. Version control systems such as Git; 7. Distributed systems.
