About the Role As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Veeam’s sales organization by guiding non-standard deals through a structured review and approval process. You’ll partner closely with sales, finance, legal, and channel teams to ensure deals are accurate, compliant, and commercially optimized. This role offers strong exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and the opportunity to develop deep expertise in deal structuring and business operations in a fast-paced, global environment. What You’ll Do Support non-standard deal requests by reviewing pricing, licensing, and commercial terms for accuracy and compliance Manage deal workflows and facilitate approvals across sales, finance, legal, and leadership teams Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize margins and ensure appropriate discounting through structured processes Analyze deal components to identify risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement Maintain accurate deal data and generate reports on discount trends and deal performance Train and support sales teams on tools, processes, and policies related to non-standard quoting Partner with cross-functional teams to align on deal strategy and support informed decision-making Technologies You’ll Work With Salesforce Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Non-standard quoting tools (NSQ or similar) Reporting and data analysis tools What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, sales operations, or a related field in a technology environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex deal scenarios and make data-driven recommendations Experience working with Salesforce and advanced proficiency in Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with global teams High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in complex transactional work Bonus Skills Experience working with non-standard quoting processes or deal approval workflows Fluency in Spanish Familiarity with SaaS, subscription, or consumption-based business models Experience supporting sales teams in LATAM or global regions Exposure to pricing strategy, discount governance, or contract negotiations What You’ll Get Two weeks of paid vacation, 12 statutory holidays, plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares Paid parental leave: 8 days for fathers, 122 days for birthing parents, 92 days for adoptive parents Medical, dental, and vision coverage fully funded through INS Premium for employees and dependents Mental health support, therapy sessions, and virtual care via our Employee Assistance Program Retirement and social security contributions through Costa Rica’s statutory programs Life insurance equal to 24x monthly salary, plus disability and funeral coverage Daily cafeteria subsidy Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy support, plus 24 paid volunteer hours through Veeam Cares Opportunities to learn and grow through on-demand libraries (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly), mentoring, workshops, and learning events like our annual ...
