About the Role Technical Customer Support is our customers’ “hotline.” This department has revolutionized the way we think about technical support. They face the challenging reality of one-on-one support and leave our customers with a positive impression, providing invaluable feedback to developers and testers We are now looking for Public Cloud Data Protection Engineer . What You’ll Do Providing technical support and in-depth troubleshooting for Veeam Software’s clients (B2B) via telephone, email, and web conferencing Acting as a technical focal point in relationships to fellow IT Professionals Researching and troubleshoot customer problems and inquiries Updating and work assigned cases in a timely manner Contributing to documentation to build Veeam’s knowledge base Work with technical documentation of all customer interactions accurately and within SLA in our CRM tool Contributin to documentation to build Veeam’s knowledge base Proactively stay up to date with all the latest technologies concerning Veeam’s products and the underlying technologies What You’ll Bring Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking).
