About the Role
As a Specialist, Cloud Channel Program Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of Veeam’s global Cloud and Channel partner programs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are enabled correctly, data is accurate and audit-ready, and operational workflows run smoothly. This role offers the opportunity to build deep expertise in cloud and partner operations while adapting to evolving systems and processes.
What You’ll Do
Execute day-to-day operational support for cloud and channel partner programs, including intake, validation, and resolution of partner requests
Manage case-based workflows related to partner eligibility, enablement, reporting models, and contract lifecycle activities
Validate partner readiness for usage reporting models, ensuring data integrity and system prerequisites are met
Maintain accurate partner, contract, and license data across Salesforce and related systems
Execute contract closeout and termination processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes
Identify operational gaps and contribute to improvements in workflows, documentation, and tooling
Technologies You’ll Work With
Salesforce
ServiceNow (or similar case management tools)
Partner management platforms
Data validation and reporting tools
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years of experience in sales operations, channel operations, partner programs, or a related field
Experience working with Salesforce and case-based workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready data
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting service level expectations
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in cross-functional or global environments
Comfort operating in evolving systems and partially defined processes while helping standardize them over time
Bonus Skills
Experience supporting cloud, consumption-based, or partner-led business models
Familiarity with partner ecosystems or channel programs in the technology industry
Exposure to sales compensation, finance, or contract lifecycle processes
Experience working with automation or system migrations
Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
