The work: We are looking for an experienced Analytics Lead to manage a team of analytics practitioners and serve as the central point of contact for all data-related activities. In this role, you will: Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses. Maintain high standards of data quality and presentation across client-facing materials, including Power BI dashboards, one-pagers, and slide decks. Define reporting requirements and adapt to evolving client needs. Attend client meetings and provide strategic guidance to expand and refine analytics capabilities. Lead technical and team operations across data querying, dashboard development, and analytics workflows. Manage a backlog of work requests, prioritize tasks, and communicate timelines effectively. Supervise and mentor direct reports, fostering professional growth and development. Here's what you need: Hands on technical expertise in Power BI, Power Query, Data querying and database management (SQL and KQL) Proven experience leading a team General knowledge of Azure Cloud Services Database management experience Eligibility requirements: TS required, TS/SCI with poly preferred Must have valid US passport As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
