This person will manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear accountabilities and understanding of impacts, ensuring initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments. They will support standard management reporting processes and metrics throughout the delivery or product organization. What you’ll do: Help facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction Design, configuration and testing in SAP Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client’s need Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards What you’ll need: SAP configuration experience Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules Business knowledge and process design skills Experience analyzing problems and providing clear recommendations Bonus points if you have: Strong organizational communication (written/verbal) skills Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel Good interpersonal skills Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload Clearance: Must have a Pubic Trust clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
