As an A/V Operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the infrastructure that keeps critical A/V systems running smoothly in all offices. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in this critical capacity. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaboration with team members and stakeholders and problem-solving, to address challenges in real-time, requiring a personable approach and strong communication skills. Your ability to adapt to dynamic environments and provide flexibility in your work will be key to your success in this role. The Work: Assist A/V users with connecting to and using A/V systems Troubleshooting A/V issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions to maintain uptime and performance Move and installing A/V equipment between rooms, ensuring all connections are present and working properly Work with vendors during installations and service calls. Document approved manufacture firmware versions, update procedures, rollback plans, and change logs. Evaluate and test manufacture firmware releases for compatibility, risk, and feature impact prior to deployment to production environment Here's what you need: Must be a US citizen on US soil 2+ years Experience using and supporting Microsoft Teams 2+ years Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) 2+ years Experience supporting Crestron, QSC, Extron, Biamp, and Shure hardware Bonus points if you have: Experience with other video conference applications such as Zoom, Google Meets, etc. Experience using ServiceNow Eagerness to learn new A/V technologies, tools and methodologies Experience with networking technologies is a plus As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
