We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities, particularly in cloud development technologies. The Work: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards. Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle. Ensure software is updated with the latest features and security patches. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing systems. Here's what you need: 14 years as a Software Engineer in similar programs and contracts utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or a related field; 4 years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor’s degree Bonus points if you have: Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript) Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, etc. Experience with NoSQL databases such as Hadoop, ElasticSearch and MongoDB Experience with Big Data technologies, such as MapReduce Security Clearance: Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph #clearancejobs #LI-DataAI #LI-modernengineering As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
