The work: As the Java Developer, you will help us build Web and backend application/services for credentialing/case management system. Using Java/Spring based REST APIs along with a Web 2.0 framework and a continuous integration environment. You will join our team of developers building the next-generation of customer engagement systems for federal service agencies. Here's what you need: 2+ years of Java development experience in order to build enterprise applications 2+ years’ experience with using Java development tools (e.g. Eclipse, JUnit, Git) Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience developing and implementing software solutions using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and Java Ability to report to the client site in Annapolis Junction, MD up to 3x a week Active Secret Security Clearance Bonus points if you have: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Science Previous consulting experience and understanding customer/business needs Experience in a large scale Federal IT Program Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework Eligibility Requirements: US Citizenship required As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
