AFS is seeking a Network Engineer to play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based infrastructure for secure and efficient data transfer and communication. What you’ll do: Configure, integrate and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance Manage back-office system data records Support customer activations and configuration adjustments Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the secure and efficient operation of cloud-based and on-premise networks at multiple classification levels Design, implement, and support network infrastructure for secure and efficient data transfer and communication Develop, maintain, and document network system and service configurations for cloud-based networks Document and troubleshoot network and system issues in cloud environments Create and maintain network diagrams and documentation Test and evaluate network systems and services to reduce problems and make improvements in cloud environments Ensure that the network infrastructure is optimized and meets organization’s requirements What you’ll need: 5 years of experience with Cisco routing and switching, design, and configuration 5 years of experience deploying and managing encryption devices 3 years of Cloud experience (strong preference for AWS) DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, CCNA Security etc.) or DoD 8140 equivalent Bonus points if you have: Experience with network management and monitoring toolsets such as NetScout, Wireshark, ExtraHop, SolarWinds, etc. Experience with various cloud technologies, such as virtualization, containerization, and orchestration technologies BS in Cybersecurity, or IT Mgmt., or related STEM degree AWS Certified Security, or CCSP, or CGRC, CISM, or CISSP Experience working in Agile environments Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
