SAP ABAP Developer Lead – Onsite in St. Louis, MO

The work The SAP Application Developer Lead is responsible for leading complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing. This resource will align SAP project goals with broader business objectives, ensuring strategic alignment. Key responsibilities: Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations Budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members Here’s what you need: 7 + years SAP ECC and S/4HANA development experience Experience with SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, custom Fiori development, and Business Workflow Experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation Team lead experience Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management Nice to have: Aerospace Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience Bachelor's degree in a related field Eligibility Requirements: US Citizens only (no dual citizenship) Minimum of an active Secret Clearance You must live local to St. Louis, MO OR be willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday-Thursday As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
