The SAP Application Developer Lead is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing. Responsibilities include: Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members Here’s What You Need: 7+ years of SAP ABAP and/or Fiori/UI5 and/or BTP development experience Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation. Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Eligibility Requirements: US Citizens only (no dual citizenship or OCI Holders) Q Clearance and/or Top Secret clearance required Ability to travel up to 75% Nice to have: SAP certification in relevant modules or development areas Experience in leveraging emerging SAP technologies, such as S/4HANA, Fiori Elements, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), to deliver innovative solutions. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
