Job Description: As the top-ranked ServiceNow solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications. Responsibilities include: Configure the ServiceNow ITSM application Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution Carry out migration of the changes to production Assist with technical design and documentation Here's what you need: 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow development Bonus Points if you have: ITSM experience ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification Security+ certification Custom application development experience HRSD experience CMDB experience ITOM experience Bachelor’s degree Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance is required As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
