We’re hiring for a Sr. Data Engineer to join our Civilian portfolio at Accenture Federal Services, where our teams are building modern digital products that directly improve everyday experiences for the public. As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building a robust data platform (in Databricks) to be used by skilled data professionals analyzing and improving a highly visible online product. Databricks experience is ++ Key Responsibilities: Architecting and building scalable data platforms in AWS and Databricks Designing and implementing robust data pipelines, optimizing data infrastructure, and enhancing data feeds to improve quality, availability, and scalability Collaborating in a small, interactive scrum team of highly skilled data professionals to deliver in agile environment Here's what you need: 5+ years designing and implementing robust data pipelines, optimizing data infrastructure, and enhancing data feeds Experience with ETL and API data interfaces Experience with Open-source technologies and data streaming in Apache Kafka Prior design and implementation of Medallian Data Architecture Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative team Must be a US Citizen, eligible for Public Trust clearance Preferred experience: Extensive engineering experience in Databricks Platforms As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
