The work: Closely work with the implementor team to understand TrustVisitor architecture, configuration, and integration points. Key responsibilities: Coordinate with internal teams (IAM, network, security, facilities, PACS vendors) to support system configuration and integration Assist with setup and maintenance of: Identity validation and access control workflows SSO using PIV/CAC and certificate‑based authentication SSL/TLS certificates and lifecycle management Group Managed Service Accounts Set up API connections or data feeds Support connectivity and security requirements for an on‑premises application accessible via the public internet through a DMZ Perform routine operational tasks including certificate renewals, log review, and basic troubleshooting Document system configuration, operational procedures, and support processes Serve as the primary internal point of contact for TrustVisitor after handoff Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and 3 rd party interfaced applications Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, implementation of COTS product, identity and access management, or enterprise application support Working knowledge of: API fundamentals (understanding endpoints, authentication, connectivity, and how COTS products interact with external systems) Certificate‑based authentication and PIV/CAC SSO concepts (SAML, certificate‑based authentication, OIDC) SQL Server database fundamentals (basic queries, connectivity, troubleshooting) Understanding of DMZ architectures and secure exposure of on‑prem applications to the public internet Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional technical teams and external vendors Strong troubleshooting skills, including basic familiarity with Windows Server environments (IIS concepts, log review, service behavior) Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills Active Top Secret clearance (SCI Eligible) #clearancejobs #LI-PublicSafety As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
