We are seeking a Telecom Order Management Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of telecommunications systems within the project. This role assists with equipment installation, routine maintenance activities, troubleshooting telecom-related issues, and ensuring smooth operational support for telecom services. The Work: Assist in the installation, configuration, and activation of telecom equipment and services. Support routine maintenance and monitoring of telecom systems. Troubleshoot telecom issues and assist in resolving service disruptions. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure efficient order processing and system updates. Maintain documentation related to telecom configurations, service changes, and issue resolutions. Support continuous improvement of telecom-related processes. Here's what you need: Minimum Associate’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field; or 4 years additional equivalent work experience. Foundational understanding of telecommunications systems and networking principles. Basic experience in telecom operations or IT support. Bonus points if you have: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCENT. Experience assisting with telecom provisioning, maintenance, or order management. Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills. Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret-level security clearance or higher. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
