You will work on further developing a portfolio already containing client names such as DHL, Johnson Johnson, FDA, DMV, PwC, KeyBank, Spotify, and HR BLOCK. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Principal Software Engineer who thrives in a hands-on technical role with a focus on owning the quality of the code and systems they develop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of features and systems, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities : End-to-End Development: Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of features and services from concept to delivery Quality Ownership: Ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability by following best practices and conducting thorough code reviews, automated testing, and performance monitoring Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, to define and deliver features that meet both business and technical objectives Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within the codebase, infrastructure, and development process.
