<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The Exploratory Technology Intern will gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge research within a leading cell therapy organization. Working alongside experienced and highly accomplished scientists, the intern will learn how innovative cell therapy products are designed, engineered, and developed within the pharmaceutical industry. In addition to laboratory and project-based learning, the intern will participate in journal clubs and group discussions, providing further opportunities to explore scientific literature and engage with ongoing research initiatives.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform laboratory experiments under the guidance and supervision of the assigned mentor.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepare experimental plans, maintain accurate laboratory records, and contribute to study reports with mentor oversight.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Present research progress and findings during lunch-and-learn sessions, lab meetings, and the final internship presentation.</span></li>
