With 100+ studios opening nationwide, including New York, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, and beyond, STRONG is transforming the fitness landscape one studio at a time. We’re building founding instructor teams in key markets across the country: passionate leaders ready to inspire, connect, and bring the STRONG experience to life. The Role As a STRONG Instructor, you’ll bring energy, rhythm, and precision to every class - guiding clients through workouts that challenge, transform, and empower. You’ll build community, celebrate milestones, and deliver the kind of experience that keeps clients coming back for more. You Will: Lead unforgettable classes that blend cardio intensity with Pilates control and flow — powered by music, lights, and your presence. Bring the energy every time. Create a high-performance environment that pushes clients to new limits while keeping it fun, safe, and inclusive. Coach with intention. Provide precise cueing, movement correction, and motivation that meets each client where they are. Train through STRONG Academy. Gain exclusive access to our in-depth instructor certification and onboarding program designed to help you master the STRONG method, enhance your coaching, and set you up for success. Know your people. Learn names, celebrate milestones, and welcome every new face — building community one class at a time. Master the room. Balance lights, music, and timing while maintaining seamless flow and control from start to finish. Be the face of STRONG. Represent the brand inside and outside the studio with authenticity, professionalism, and pride. Collaborate and grow. Partner with your team to drive memberships, support presale efforts, and shape the culture of new studios as we scale nationwide. Own your space. Keep the studio clean, elevated, and ready for every client who walks through the door.
