Sr. Visual Designer (4 to 7 years Experience) Overview We are seeking a highly talented Sr. Visual Designer to join our User Experience (UX) team. In this role, you will craft visually stunning, intuitive, and user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms while shaping the design strategy for enterprise-grade applications. You will take the lead in creating and maintaining robust design systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities Visual Design Excellence: Craft compelling visual designs that enhance usability and aesthetic appeal across web and mobile platforms. UI & Interaction Design: Create seamless and intuitive user interfaces and interaction patterns that align with user-centered design principles. Design System Leadership: Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency in components, patterns, and guidelines. Emerging Technology Integration: Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as AR/VR and AI tools into design solutions where appropriate. Enterprise B2B Applications: Design for complex enterprise-grade systems, ideally with exposure to the cyber security domain. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with product managers, UX designers and developers to align visual design with business and user needs. Tool Proficiency: Use modern UX design tools ( Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Animation, Prototyping Tools) and methodologies to streamline the design process and collaborate effectively. Qualifications Experience: 4-7 years of professional experience in visual design, UI/UX design demonstrated through a compelling portfolio of work. Educational Background: Formal education in design (Masters/Bachelors in design in Fine Arts, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design) Design Mastery: Exceptional skills in graphic design, UI, typography, color theory, and layout. User-Centered Focus: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Technical Skills: Expertise with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, LottieFiles, Animation, Prototyping Tools. Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS) is an added advantage. Emerging Tech: Awareness of AR/VR, AI design tools, and their application in UX design is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset.
