Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) Job Description: Qualys is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst with strong Excel and financial modeling skills to support cost management across the business. This role partners closely with FP&A and business teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning, leveraging regular forecast updates to deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights to the Manager/Team lead. What you’ll do: * Support with annual budget and rolling forecasts * Manage headcount and vendor cost forecasting by handling day-to-day activities related to forecasting/planning as required on a regular basis * Support month‑end close (accruals, reclasses, HC role forward, allocations, additional tasks, as required) * Assist/Build forecast models, review decks, and analytics tools * Partner cross‑functionally, including with US (PST) stakeholders as required. * Perform ad hoc financial analysis, tool/report testing, and drive process improvements - short-term and long-term. * Over time, the role will require the ability to take ownership and be responsible for complex analyses/projects, as required. What we’re looking for: * Master’s in Finance/Accounting (or related) * 3–6 years of FP\&A, accounting, or analytical experience * Advanced Excel skills; modeling experience required * Strong understanding of financial statements and cost drivers * Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Anaplan, and Power Query is a plus * Detail‑oriented, proactive, strong communication, and an observant team player * Interested in learning AI and new analytical tools, and assisting in the development and testing of new automation projects Location: Pune (Hybrid – 3 days office/2 days WFH) Flexibility: During quarter end, month end and overlap with PST, as required Join our talent community and receive the latest Qualys news, content, and be first in line for new job opportunities.
