Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and let’s build what’s next - together!</p></div><p>The Disaster Recovery & Capacity Manager directs Platform disaster response/crisis management activities in compliance with the Engineering and Customer requirements and helps provide and coordinate disaster preparedness with respect to the organisation’s Platform, helping ensure business continuity.</p> <p>They also ensure we have enough resources to meet current and future Platform demand efficiently, involving <strong>forecasting needs, capacity planning, monitoring performance (KPIs), managing risks (shortages/overloads), and developing strategies</strong> for optimisation, all while advising leadership and ensuring service level targets are met cost-effectively.</p> <p>This position provides an excellent opportunity to influence the company’s direction on resilience and disaster recovery as part of the Platform Engineering team. The team works with a broad range of technologies. </p> <h2>Your impact</h2> <p><strong>You will :</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-markdown-start-index="145">Work with Engineering and Service Management to drive the disaster recovery (DR) and capacity planning strategy, developing frameworks, policies, and procedures for both Cloud and Data Center environments.</span></li> <li>Establish and maintain the overall plans for executing all DR procedures and understand their interdependencies.</li> <li><span data-markdown-start-index="678">Guarantee that all DR solutions are adequate, properly maintained, and regularly tested throughout their operational lifecycle, and take the lead in scheduling and conducting all DR exercises.</span></li> <li>Establish and maintain detailed DR communications and command and control plans through a change management process.</li> <li>Work with Engineering & Service Management to ensure that disaster recovery solutions are adequate, in place, maintained, and tested as part of the regular operational life cycle.</li> <li><span data-markdown-start-index="1164">Provide continuous feedback for risk management, mitigation, and prevention, while regularly reporting on all Disaster Recovery activities to stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span data-markdown-start-index="1362">Take responsibility for mentoring and managing team members to ensure skill development.</span></li> </ul> <h2>Your skills</h2> <ul> <li>Stron ...
