Title and Summary Senior Technical Project Manager Managing Consultant - Program Management Senior Technical Project Manager Advisors & Consulting Services The Services area within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants. The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Program Management consultants lead clients through business transformations by implementing strategically important Mastercard assets and services to bring value and drive growth. They serve as the Center of Engagement across all stakeholders within Mastercard and the client’s organization. Your role goes beyond execution to define delivery strategy, operating models, and value realization approaches, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You will be leading large, multiteam programs, often across product, engineering, and business domains, ensuring alignment between client strategy, technical execution, and business outcomes. In addition to delivery ownership, you play a key part in mentoring senior consultants, strengthening delivery capabilities, and contributing to account growth and firm IP. Technical program management experience is required, including leadership of software or product delivery initiatives in complex client environments.
